Here are some visuals of the preparation of an order and its packaging.


=> STANDARD DELIVERY :                              

The glass delivered to you by Vitre Insert Cheminée is prepared according to your sizes and comes in highly protective packaging (protective profile of polyethylene foam , bubble wrap, cushioning particles and lastly a telescope box made from double corrugated cardboard in keeping with the size of your glass).

We have conducted numerous tests to guarantee that the glass is not broken during delivery to your address.

Once prepared (1/2 working days), your package is sent and delivered to your home usually within 48 hours by our transport operator (sometimes 72 hours). You may also choose the "Express 24h" option for €10 (see below).

Make sure that someone is present to receive the package at the delivery address that you indicated when placing the order.

If no-one is present, a notification of visit is left at your home and you receive an SMS (if you indicated your mobile number when placing the order) or an e-mail. All you then have to do is contact the customer service team of our transport operator to arrange a new delivery time.

The cost of the preparation, packaging and transport fees is from €12.90 with all taxes included.

That enables us to provide you with a packaging quality which guarantees delivery in the best possible conditions.

=> EXPRESS 24h option: :

For urgent needs (payment by bank card recommended), we have set up an optional "Express 24h" service for €10. This option will be available when you place an order, on the basket page. All you have to do is tick the box dedicated to this service. If you pay by transfer, the time periods will apply exclusively to the receipt of your payment.

If you order before 12.30pm during the week (from Monday to Friday), your order is prepared and sent on the same day and delivered within 24 hours.

If you choose this option when placing an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order is prepared and sent on Monday and will be delivered to you on Wednesday.

If you place an order after 12.30pm but you do, in fact, choose this "Express 24h" option, your order is prepared and sent the following day and delivered within 24 hours.

This "Express 24h" option is not, of course, compulsory. If you do select it, the standard delivery conditions apply (explained above).

In the event of problems in the delivery (except for delays linked to the weather or a problem locating your address, for which we do not accept responsibility), a complaint may be lodged by sending an e-mail to contact@fireplace-insert-glass.co.uk.
